Great Examples
Since its inception in 1994, the Design Review Program and its boards have reviewed 1200 projects all across Seattle, in both the downtown and in the neighborhoods. Below are a few great examples of projects that have met the City's design guidelines especially well.

Thirty design review guidelines for multifamily and commercial buildings--along with neighborhood-specific supplements--form the backbone of the City's Design Review Program in Seattle's neighborhoods. Separate guidelines govern downtown development.
