Health Disparities: The Lesbian, Gay, and Bisexual Community in Seattle & King County Report and Policy Recommendations, January 2008 : A Special Report by the Diversities in Health Disparities Project:

This report examines access to health care, health status and health-related outcomes of the lesbian, gay and bisexual (LGB) community of King County. The report highlights areas of strength as well as concerns for the health of the LGB community. It also includes recommendations to better address the community's health care needs.

2006 GLBTQ Pride survey: This year's survey - conducted by the City of Seattle's Office for Civil Rights and the Seattle Commission for Sexual Minorities - showed the top priorities as same sex marriage, domestic partner benefits, safety on the street and prevention of suicide among GLBT youth, and support for LGBT parents and their children.

June 2007 Proclamation to be the LGBT, PRIDE MONTH in Seattle. GREGORY J. NICKELS, Mayor of the City of Seattle, proclaim June 2007 to be LESBIAN, GAY, BISEXUAL AND TRANGENDER PRIDE MONTH in Seattle.
2007 marks the 33rd Anniversary of the Pride Celebration in Seattle.

2002 GLBTQ Pride survey. This year's survey - conducted by the City of Seattle's Office for Civil Rights and the Seattle Commission for Sexual Minorities - showed a significant drop in the number of people who felt they'd been discriminated against, compared with the survey taken in the year 2000.
