This report examines access to health care, health status and health-related outcomes of the lesbian, gay and bisexual (LGB) community of King County. The report highlights areas of strength as well as concerns for the health of the LGB community. It also includes recommendations to better address the community's health care
needs.
2006 GLBTQ Pride survey: This year's survey - conducted by the City of Seattle's Office for Civil Rights and the Seattle Commission for Sexual Minorities - showed the top priorities as same sex marriage, domestic partner benefits, safety on the street and prevention of suicide among GLBT youth, and support for LGBT parents and their children.

GLBTQ Pride survey. This year's survey - conducted
by the City of Seattle's Office for Civil Rights and the Seattle
Commission for Sexual Minorities - showed a significant drop in
the number of people who felt they'd been discriminated against,
compared with the survey taken
in the year 2000.
