Olympic Sculpture Park

general info | photo gallery | map and directions

The Olympic Sculpture Park evolved from a mutual commitment by the Seattle Art Museum and the Trust for Public Land (TPL) to preserve Seattle's last undeveloped downtown waterfront property.

The Olympic Sculpture Park is a vibrant, 9-acre green space for people to experience art outdoors. As a new community gathering space, the Olympic Sculpture Park transforms the largest, undeveloped waterfront property in downtown Seattle into a unique park that reflects the natural beauty of the Pacific Northwest.

Park Hours
May 1 – September 30 (summer hours)
6 am to 9 pm daily
October 1 – April 30 (winter hours)
7 am to 6 pm daily
The Park will be open 360 days a year and will not close for holidays. Five days a year SAM will close the park – those days to be determined.

The waterfront parcel will be open 24 hours a day, 365 days a year like Myrtle Edwards Park.
