Can't Make Your Magistrate Pre-Hearing?

If you are unable to attend a scheduled hearing, you may reschedule by:

Calling (206) 684-5600 at least 7 days in advance.
Submitting a request in writing at least 7 days in advance to:

Can't Make Your Contested Hearing?

If you are not able to attend a scheduled contested hearing in Courtrooms 301 or 302:

You must submit a written request to reschedule at least 15 days in advance to:

Missed Your Hearing?

If you missed your hearing, you may:

Pay the original amount of the ticket including the default penalty.
If you missed your hearing for a "good cause," you may request a new hearing date within 45 days of your missed hearing. A good cause hearing is your opportunity to explain to the Magistrate why you missed your original hearing. Once set, a good cause hearing will not be rescheduled.
